Taste Of Gullah

Immerse yourself in the Gullah-Geechee experience at this culinary event, featuring Gullah-inspired dishes from renowned chefs BJ Dennis, Kimberly Brock Brown, Kevin Green, April Mazyck, Lorraine and Antwan Smalls, and Scots Grand. A live auction features artwork by Tate Nation and Jonathan Green, and a sweetgrass basket by Helen Burns. Proceeds from the event will support the 2016 Sweetgrass Basket Making Summer Camp. Memorial Waterfront Park, 99 Harry Hallman Jr. Blvd., Mount Pleasant. Friday, 6:30-9:30pm.
